Governance and Bylaws
The Long Lake Peninsula Association is governed by the State of Michigan’s Act 137 of 1929 (MCL 455.201–455.220), known as the Summer Resort Owners Corporation Act, and by a set of bylaws adopted and amended by vote of the membership.
